Eva Gračanin je aktivistka na področju pravic LGBT, feminizma in pravic Palestink_cev. Svojo aktivistično pot je začela na področju razvijanja prostovoljstva ter sodelovanja pri ozaveščanju o pravicah prosilk_cev za azil in begunk_cev v okviru Slovenske filantropije.

Eva Gračanin is an activist in the field of LGBT rights, feminism and the rights of Palestinians. She began her activist career in the field of volunteering development and cooperating in raising awareness of the rights of asylum seekers and refugees, in the framework of Slovenian philanthropy.
