Dr. Renata Šribar je predavateljica in raziskovalka na področju kulturne in socialne antropologije ter sociologije. Spoznavno in družbeno dejavno izhaja iz feministične teorije in študijev spolov, ospoljenja in njegove dekonstrukcije. Je avtorica in soavtorica številnih teoretskih in strokovnih člankov, štirih znanstvenih monografij in tudi treh knjižic feministične kratke proze.

Kot visokošolska učiteljica in zunanja sodelavka predava na Pedagoški fakulteti UL v okviru dodiplomskega in magistrskega programa, zadnji dve leti pa poučuje tudi študentke_e na izmenjavi Erasmus na Fakulteti za socialno delo UL.

Je soustanoviteljica gibanja FemA – Feministična akcija in Centra FemA – zavoda za transformativne študije in delovanje.

Renata Šribar is a lecturer and researcher in the field of cultural and social anthropology and sociology. She derives from feminist theory and gender studies, genderization and its deconstruction. She is the author and co-author of numerous articles, four scientific monographs and three booklets of feminist short prose. 

She is a lecturer at undergraduate and master’s programs at the Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana, and in the last two years she also teaches on the Erasmus exchange program at the Faculty of Social Work, University of Ljubljana. 

She is co-founder of the FemA movement (Feminist Action) and the FemA Center (Institute for Transformative Studies and Operations).
